Happy Nirvana Day
February 13th is not just a good name for a cheesy horror movie with a Valentine's Day "Jason meets Cupid" motif. This year, February 13th is Parinirvana Day, also known as Nirvana Day, a Mahayana Buddhist festival that celebrates the death and enlightenment of Buddha.
Apparently this holy day, celebrated by Buddhists worldwide and particularly in Japan, falls on the day of the full moon in February. That's today! According to Buddhist philosophy, on this day the Buddha reached a state of total enlightenment that gave him freedom from the cycle of death and rebirth. That's really cool.

I also think that Jason v. Cupid would be a hell of a battle. Which would be the sympathetic character? I mean, Jason is pretty evil...but that Cupid guy wreaked a LOT of havoc.
